As with most of our log furniture, this item has free curbside delivery to 48 states, however, freight truck drivers are not required to assist in unloading or bringing the item into your house. I bought two queen aspen log futons, and they are fantastic! Every part is log even the back and bottom, which didn’t show in the pic, but which makes them look amazing from all angles. We chose them to be the anchor pieces of our log family vacation home, and they have the desired impact. The golden shine finish gives the wood a warm glow; just right. The staff at Log Cabin Rustics were all so helpful, and everything arrived as planned, in fact; earlier than the projected arrival date. There was no assembly needed. They’re heavy so it would be good to have at least two, but preferably three people to unload and carry. A great experience. I’m looking forward to purchasing a few additional pieces.
