This item is heavy. We provide free curbside delivery to 48 states, however freight truck drivers are not required to assist in unloading or bring the item into your house. This manufacturer guarantees the quality of materials and workmanship of their furniture when used in the intended manner. Cracks, knots, worm holes, and color variations add character to the wood and are not defects. If a crack compromises the structural integrity of the wood, it will be replaced.

“I chose this sofa because I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a messy husband. It it strong and sturdy. I like hos it looks in my living room and the fabric I ordered is easily wiped up. (Dog already “”christened”” it.)
My only complaint is the UPS freight delivery people. I called them and scheduled the delivery. My husband requested the day off from work so he’d be home to receive and inspect it. UPS freight delivered it a day early and dropped this sofa, my Aspen chair, and ottoman in my driveway. They were wrapped up, but I was very upset about it. When I called, all the UPS representative told me was that the computer said it was supposed to be delivered on the day the left it. Poor service!”
