“Great chair, very sturdy and well built. Wide enough to hold my big and tall spouse and sturdy enough so I think it will last for years. The fabric is what I imagined it to be when I chose it on the website. I’d like to have had an option to have polyurethane applied because I have a male dog with marking issues. I may do it myself to help protect the wood.
My only complaint is the UPS freight delivery people. I called them and scheduled the delivery. My husband requested the day off from work so he’d be home to receive and inspect it. UPS freight delivered it a day early and dropped this chair, the matching ottoman, and the Aspen sofa in my driveway. They were wrapped up, but I was very upset about it. When I called, all the representative told me was that the computer said it was supposed to be delivered on the day the left it. Poor service!”
The Aspen Living Room Chair was just beautiful. The different variations in the wood was spectacular. Wonderful company to work with.
