Features of this log furniture piece includes
-ladders are built into the headboard and footboards
-option of “stackable” beds which makes it easy to turn the bunk bed into 2 individual beds and vice versa.

-Spindles are mortise and tenon joints with ball and cup cut-outs. -Each spindle is hand fit in, then glued, screwed and pegged, with the screws or pets being on the back underside of the spindles. This makes for stronger rustic log furniture construction.
-Includes gussets (or miniature spindles) on the side rails for support
-raised height structure with built-in side rails and mattress supports

Constructed from nicely charactered aspen, these log beds hand-peeled to preserve the natural wood color and character. Available with 4 different finishes, Beeswax & Linseed (as shown in photo), Clear Polyurethane, Bronze stain and Golden Shine (Beeswax & Polyurethane). This item is heavy. As with most of our log furniture, this item has free curbside delivery to 48 states, however freight truck drivers are not required to assist in unloading or bring the item into your house.
