This authentic Amish-crafted log futon includes a folding metal mattress support and a full-sized, inner-spring mattress measuring 54″x75″. The mattress shell is non-removable, so the optional exterior cover with dozens of fabric selections is recommended.

Each piece of rustic Amish furniture in this line by Montana Woodworks is handcrafted in America. The logs used to create these rustic masterpieces are harvested in a sustainable manner by selecting “dead-standing” Lodgepole Pine. The logs are then skip-peeled by hand to remove the outer bark, and most of the inner bark (cambium) for a subtle contrast and increased texture. The customer then has the option of buying unfinished pieces, or with a durable lacquer finish.
