Log Cabin Rustics was originally established as a family business in 2002, and was run by two sisters – Cari Haus and Carla McPherson. Based on the many testimonials from satisfied customers over the years, it was clear that excellent customer service was the cornerstone of business operations. This legacy has continued under subsequent owners, Debby and Michael Lauffenburger, for over 10 years. Current owners Madeline Gragg and Zafar Khan acquired Log Cabin Rustics in 2020 with a similar commitment to providing quality products with exceptional customer service.

We are headquartered in the beautiful twin cities of Minneapolis and St Paul in Central Minnesota, however our rustic furniture ships directly from one of our 22 manufacturers. Delivery is free of charge to the lower 48 states on orders over $139. For an incremental and economical fee, we can arrange to ship our log furniture to Canada, Alaska, and even Hawaii.
We offer rustic furniture from only those manufacturers who have demonstrated outstanding workmanship, meet their delivery commitments, and stand behind their products and warranties. All of our manufacturers are based in North America – all in the United States with the exception of one in Canada. We recognize that every customer’s needs are different and will work closely with you to determine which products will best meet your needs.
For those who need their log furniture quickly, we have some manufacturers whose milled log furniture is in stock and ready for shipment within a few days from the time of ordering.
For those who are seeking a more customized look or non-standard sizes, we will work with you and our manufacturers who create handmade pieces.
Although these custom orders may take longer to deliver, you will enjoy a lifetime of satisfaction in having the exact piece of rustic log furniture you want.
