About ThermaFusion

ThermaFusion furniture pairs a solid Northern White Cedar log frame with thermally modified wood slats. The slats go through a chemical-free heat process that permanently increases their resistance to moisture, warping, and decay — significantly more durable than standard outdoor lumber. Both materials are designed for permanent outdoor installation year-round. No finish is required on either material; the cedar will gradually weather to silver-grey if left untreated, or hold its warm tone with a penetrating oil applied every few years.

Warranty & Returns

Covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Natural surface checking (small cracks) in the cedar log frame is a normal characteristic of solid cedar, not a defect, and does not affect structural integrity. Returns on made-to-order furniture are limited due to freight costs and product condition requirements.
